- Merge onto I-195 East via exit number 7A toward LAKEWOOD/SHORE POINTS. (11.39 miles)
- Take the CR-537 East exit- exit number 16B- toward FREEHOLD. (0.23 miles)
- Merge onto CR-537/MONMOUTH RD. (0.56 miles)
- Turn LEFT onto CR-526/CR-571/TRENTON LAKEWOOD RD (second light). Continue to follow CR-571. You will cross over Rt. 524. (1.96 miles)
- Stay straight to go onto MILLSTONE RD. (0.95 miles): Middle School will be on your right. Turn right onto BACK BONE HILL ROAD.
- Go to stop sign and turn right onto SCHOOLHOUSE ROAD. Pass Millstone Township School District administration building on right.
- Millstone Township Elementary School parking lot is the next two driveways on the right
